Transferability

NB ELF Zoom seats are transferable from session to session. To ensure a replacement receives a Zoom invitation, please advise at least two days before the relevant session, supplying the name, organisation and email address of the replacement(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a registrant be unable to participate a substitution may be made at no extra charge (please inform us of details prior to the start of the ELF21 weekly series).

Alternatively a refund, less an administration charge of 25% of the registration fee per person, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 5 working days prior to the event. No refunds are available for cancellations after this date or for ‘no shows’.
