TIMING
The forum started at 7.45am on Friday 18 March 2015 and officially ended at 4.30 pm.
Registration opened at 6.45am and breakfast available from 7.00am.
Delegates were encouraged to stay on for an optional networking function 4.30pm – 5.30pm.

* Two people from the same organisation can timeshare one split registration morning and afternoon.

REGISTRATION UPDATES
To update any aspects of your registration, please email admin@smartnet.co.nz with details.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are cancelling any or all aspects of your registration please email admin@smartnet.co.nz with details.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.  (please inform us of details).

Alternatively a full refund less 25% of the registration per person will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 5 days prior to the event.  Unfortunately no refunds are available for cancellations after this date or for ‘no shows’.  However a substitute person is welcome.
