CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge (please inform us of details). Alternatively a full refund, less $100 +gst service charge per person, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 5 working days prior to the event. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations after this date or for no shows. However, a substitute person is very welcome.
