Forum Dates & Times

October 13*(Tuesday): Evening Powhiri, Official Opening and Networking Function
October 14 (Wednesday): Forum Day One: 9am - 5pm followed by a Forum dinner at 7.00pm at the Distinction Hotel Rotorua (Conference Hotel)
October 15 (Thursday): Forum Day Two: 8.30 am - 4pm

*Registrants are encouraged to arrive the afternoon or evening of Tuesday 13 October to enjoy some informal networking and to partake in the official opening of the forum.

Standard rate: $1246.50+gst per person

Single day:
Rate: $761.75+gst per person

Schools:
Standard rate: $969.50 +gst per person

Forum Opening and networking function- Tuesday 13 October (night before Forum begins)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge (please inform us of details). Alternatively a full refund, less $285 +gst service charge per person, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 10 working days prior to the event. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations after this date or for no shows. However, a substitute person is very welcome.

The designated Conference Hotel is The Distinction Rotorua Hotel & Conference Centre. ELF 2009 attendees are entitled to a special conference rate of $149 incl. GST per night for a Deluxe room (based on Single, Double or Twin Share).
