Both in their thirties and with combined business backgrounds in marketing, advertising, business and project management Lisa Nimmo and Shelley Hirini have succeeded against the odds. In just six years they have built a successful international brand (Pearl) in a rapidly changing global market.

Lisa is a polished, witty and entertaining speaker and an award winning Toastmaster with a business background in marketing and advertising. Fluent in Japanese language, and with a degree in Political Science, Shelley's professional background is in project management and event planning.
