Lisa is a polished, witty and entertaining speaker and an award winning Toastmaster with a business background in marketing and advertising. Fluent in Japanese language, and with a degree in Political Science, Shelley's professional background is in project management and event planning.They were introduced in 2002 by a life coach, formed Pearl in 2003 and have since released a critically acclaimed debut album and have performed with international music legends Elton John and Eric Clapton. This workshop enables participants to turn key principles presented by Lisa and Shelley at the lunch session into practice by selecting one personal goal and one work goal for immediate action.

Workshop participants will leave with the following:

- 2 specific goals (work/personal)
- The motivation to start taking action towards achieving these goals
- A simple action plan
- A strategy to leverage their existing skills and knowledge to achieve their goals
- A support mechanism to keep them focused and on track
