Biodata: Linda Jenkinson

Linda, a 40-year-old expat Kiwi living in San Francisco, is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully built two multi-million dollar businesses in the US, including a dot-com that not only survived the global tech crash but is also profitable. She says she is part of the group of 'Silicon Valley survivors' and her goal is to build a billion-dollar company.

Linda is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Les Concierges.

Prior to joining LesConcierges, Linda was the Co-Founder and CEO of iSaySo, a web-enabled personal services company focusing on next-generation personal assistance-based loyalty solutions.

Prior to iSaySo, Linda was Co-Founder and CEO of Dispatch Management Services Corp (NASDAQ: DMSC), an international on demand courier and black car company. DMSC had more than 6,500 employees and independent contractors in 65 cities throughout the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand, and grew revenues to over $200 million in two years via an industry roll-up. Linda took DMSC public in 1998 and oversaw the operation of more than 60 contact centres in the US, Europe and New Zealand. An initial public offering for DMS raised $90 million in the US.

Prior to DMS, Linda was a Partner at A.T. Kearney (now subsidiary of EDS) where she specialised in financial institution supply chain management, direct marketing, profit improvement, outsourcing, and risk management.

Before joining A.T. Kearney, Linda was a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse where she worked on business strategy, reorganisation, mergers and integration, and reengineering.

Linda has appeared on CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg and has written articles for several publications. Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University in New Zealand and an MBA from Wharton.
