Anne Riches is the managing director of The Riches Group Pty Ltd (TRG) established in 1996.

With over 25 years hands-on change management and leadership experience, Anne is an expert in the field of people-issues in organisations.

Anne specialises in strategies for managing and implementing sustainable organisational change capabilities and developing leadership qualities in executives, managers and team leaders.

Anne is in constant demand as a facilitator because of the exceptional results she helps participants achieve at meetings, forums and strategic planning sessions.

Anne's experience comes from a rich and diverse range of earlier roles. Anne was a barrister and senior lecturer in commercial and industrial law at the University of Sydney. From that sound beginning, Anne went on to enjoy a number of challenging start-up and change agent roles in the private and public sectors and with the professions including Human Resources Director positions for both an international merchant bank and a leading law firm. In one of her favourite roles as the first Education Director of the Judicial Commission of NSW, Anne was responsible for implementing the first comprehensive scheme of judicial education in the Southern Hemisphere.

Anne is a member of the NSW Government's Bioethics Committee and a member of the Ethics Committee of the NSW Institute of Psychiatry.

Anne holds two degrees with honours in law, and two postgraduate qualifications, one in jurisprudence, the other in change management.

In 1991, Anne was awarded the Women and Management Achievement Award. In 1989 she won a Law Foundation of NSW Travelling Fellowship. In 1997, Anne was a finalist in the NSW Telstra Business Women's Awards in her first year in business.

Anne has also held numerous leadership positions including President of the Women Lawyers' Association of NSW, State and Territory Councillor of the Australian Human Resources Institute and National Councillor of the Australian Association of Philanthropy. She has been a member of the Boards of Totalcare Industries Ltd, the Ted Noffs Foundation and a NSW Councillor and Assessor for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Her peers acknowledge the quality of Anne's outstanding work. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Training & Development and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. For the calibre of her contribution as a speaking professional, the National Speakers Association of Australia has awarded Anne Certified Speaking Professional status, the only internationally recognised speaking accreditation.

Anne was awarded Speaker of the Year in NSW in 2003.

And on top of all that, she is a passionate scuba diver and adventurer!
