Bio: Mary-Alice Arthur
Facilitator for inspired change, presenter of opportunities, coach of unique
approach, storyteller & myth maker, Mary-Alice works with individuals,
groups and organisations to unleash potential and create sustainable results.
From 1987 to 1995 she worked with the New Zealand Tourism Board in pioneering
national initiatives which impacted on international perceptions of New Zealand.
Mary-Alice developed and launched the concept of Event Tourism, and initiated
and managed the internationally recognised KiwiHost customer service programme
over its first five years. Through these initiatives, she gained a national
reputation for her innovative approach and ability to create and encourage
long range vision.
Since 1996 she has been a consultant and facilitator.
